Our commitment

At GrowthIM we want you to be completely satisfied with your market intelligence report.

We guarantee delivery of a complete report. If something goes wrong on our end we will make it right quickly and without hassle — by delivering a complete report free of charge.

Our delivery guarantee

Payment is taken at the time of purchase and is non-refundable. Instead of refunds, we guarantee that you receive a complete report. If any of the situations below happen, email support@growthim.com and we will put it right free of charge.

Partial report

If your report generates but comes out incomplete, we will send you a complete report free of charge.

Report failed to generate

If our system fails to generate your report due to a technical error on our side and no report appears in your dashboard, we will deliver a complete report free of charge.

Charged but no report received

If your payment was processed successfully but you never received your report in your dashboard, we will deliver a complete report free of charge.

Wrong report generated

If our system generated a report for a completely different business even though you entered the correct business name and address, we will deliver the correct report free of charge.

When we issue a refund

Because delivery is guaranteed, the only amount we return is a genuine duplicate or erroneous charge.

Duplicate or erroneous charge

If you were charged twice for the same report, or charged in error, we return the duplicate amount to your original payment method. This is a billing correction, not a product refund.

When you do not get a refund

Because we guarantee delivery of a complete report, refunds are NOT provided in the following situations:

Report successfully delivered

Once your complete report is generated and visible in your dashboard, the purchase is non-refundable. If anything is wrong with it, we will fix it by re-delivering a complete report free of charge.

Wrong information entered

If you entered an incorrect business name or wrong address and the report was generated for the wrong business as a result.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind after the report was delivered.

Dissatisfied with content

If you do not agree with the recommendations or analysis in the report.

Different expectations

If the report did not match what you expected but was successfully delivered.

How to request help

Whether you have a report issue or a duplicate charge, follow these steps:

Step 1 — Email us

Send an email to: support@growthim.com

Subject line: Report Issue - [Your Order ID] or Duplicate Charge - [Your Order ID]

Include in your email:

  • Your account email address
  • Your Order ID (found in your payment receipt)
  • A description of the problem (partial report, failed report, or duplicate charge)
  • Screenshot if applicable

Step 2 — We review your request

We will review your request within 2 business days and reply to your email with our decision.

Step 3 — We make it right

For a partial, failed, or wrong report, we deliver a complete report free of charge.

For an approved duplicate or erroneous charge, the duplicate amount is returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

Partial refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. When we correct a duplicate or erroneous charge we return the full duplicate amount ($29.99 per report). All other purchases are non-refundable because we guarantee delivery of a complete report.

Report access

Correcting a duplicate or erroneous charge does not affect the report you purchased — you keep full access to it for the 1 year period described below.

Report expiry

Reports are saved in your dashboard for 1 year from the date of generation.

We do not offer refunds for reports that have expired after the 1 year period.

Write ESCALATION REQUEST in the subject line and your case will be reviewed by a senior team member within 3 business days.
