By creating an account or using GrowthIM you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree please do not use our service.
What GrowthIM is
GrowthIM is an AI-powered market intelligence report generation service. We generate comprehensive reports (approximately 50 pages) using:
- Public data from Google Places
- US Government databases (Census, BLS, HUD, and others)
- AI analysis powered by Anthropic Claude
Our reports are for informational purposes only. GrowthIM is NOT:
- A licensed financial advisor
- A licensed business consultant
- A licensed legal advisor
- A CPA or accounting service
Always consult qualified professionals before making major business decisions.
Account requirements
To use GrowthIM you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Provide accurate and truthful information during signup
- Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
- Not create multiple accounts
- Not create fake or fraudulent accounts
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
Payment terms
Price: $29.99 USD per report
Payment is processed by Dodo Payments.
Payment is charged at the time of purchase, and a complete report is guaranteed to be delivered.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
What your payment includes:
- One comprehensive market intelligence report (approximately 50 pages) for one business location
- Permanent access to your report saved in your dashboard for 1 year
- Access to all charts and data visualizations in the report
We reserve the right to change pricing with 7 days notice. Existing purchased reports are not affected by price changes.
Refund policy
Payment is taken at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.
We guarantee delivery of a complete report. If your report comes out partial, or fails to generate, email support@growthim.com and we will send you a complete report free of charge.
Because delivery is guaranteed, we do not issue refunds. This includes:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with the content, analysis, or recommendations
- An incorrect business name or address that you entered
- Any request made after the report was delivered
The only amount we return is a genuine duplicate or erroneous charge — for example, being charged twice for the same report. This is a billing correction, not a product refund; the duplicate amount is returned to your original payment method.

GrowthIM reports include data from:
- Google Places (ratings, reviews, photos, competitor data)
- US Census Bureau (demographics, income, population)
- Bureau of Labor Statistics (employment data)
- HUD (housing and permit data)
- TripAdvisor (venue reviews)
- Foursquare (location data)
- Ticketmaster (local events)
- NOAA (weather and climate)
- National Park Service
- And other public data sources
Data accuracy disclaimer
We pull data from official government and public sources. However we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all data.
Data changes over time and reports reflect the state of data at the time of report generation.
GrowthIM is not liable for decisions made based on report data.
Intellectual property
The GrowthIM platform, code, design, brand name, and logo are owned by GrowthIM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your generated report belongs to YOU. You may use it freely for your own business purposes.
You may NOT:
- Resell reports to third parties
- Claim you created the report
- Remove GrowthIM branding from the report
- Use reports for competing services
Prohibited uses
You may NOT use GrowthIM to:
- Generate reports for resale or commercial redistribution
- Scrape, copy, or mirror our platform or data
- Reverse engineer our system or algorithms
- Submit false or fake business information
- Use for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack or compromise our security systems
- Create excessive automated requests to our service
- Abuse our refund system
Limitation of liability
GrowthIM is not liable for:
- Business decisions you make based on our reports
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Inaccuracies in third party data
- Temporary service interruptions
- Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question (maximum $29.99 per report).
Service availability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or improvements.
We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The current version is always posted on this page. Please review it periodically.
Continued use of GrowthIM after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from use of GrowthIM will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
